He told us we needed to get behind a candidate early, and that's exactly what we did. Now he's part of the problem he was telling us we had to avoid this time around. He really meant we needed to rally behind his choice or he would attack us, and lose a significant portion of his listeners. I think he will get behind Trump eventually, but he's not helping anyone by continuing his attacks at this point.
