Women have been taught to believe that a pre-nub is offensive to them. They freak out if a regular guy with normal assets even thinks of asking for one.
That may need to change if women wish to be married. This court thing has simply gone too far. The fastest way back would be for women to simply get used to the idea of getting it all in writing first.
I wouldn’t get married in the US even WITH a pre-nup. Judges in certain states can toss those out on a whim, with no cause whatsoever, and women routinely file divorce papers in whatever state has the laws stacked most in their favor, so there is no reliable way to avoid something like that.
