Do you suppose they are also suing the stabber/criminal? If not, why not? Seems like he would have created a great deal more risk and harm for the store and its customers.

Let me get this right. The stabber gets a pass by Target for assault with a deadly weapon upon one of their customers within their store premises; and, a citizen-witness of a prior felony assault by the same perpetrator, engaged in hot pursuit (citizens arrest implications), forced the second assault?
