Shark- we were long time No CA residents of the Sierra Foothills. We escaped a year and a half ago and moved to upstate SC. We love it here. We miss CA but not the politics. We loved to visit Yosemite, Big Sur, wine country etc.
We do travel to So CA to check on elderly family members, so I may take you up on that drink!
