Why is it that perverts have a legal right to bring their sexuality to work, but if heterosexual do, it’s sexual harassment?

For a long time, the Left insisted the Right stay out of their bedrooms.
Now the Left is demanding we respect & facilitate what happens therein.

Personal experience, actual events.
I’m female, up until recently, worked at a defense contractor. These companies have gone far left because rewarding federal contracts went to companies with a high score by the Out and Equal Index, and it is cheaper to socially engineer the workforce than build a better jet or cheaper missile.
Since 2014, things went way far left. Examples include:
* a black man teaching a seminar on what white guys really think, demonizing white guys and included a white guy changing his Christian beliefs because his son came out as homosexual
* several company newsletters celebrating guys coming out and leaving spouses in the process. In one team meeting, they gushed on about how he left his wife and his kids were OK with it. I said I felt sorry for his wife and kids. What? I repeated. My kids are supportive, I was told. Your oldest is ten, and they may not even understand that Daddy is breaking up the family to go live with a man. They said he had no choice. I said he had enough choice to make four kids in ten years. Was reprimanded for that.
* Social engineering is company policy. All of this comes from http://cmsdr2.tcs.tulane.edu/equity/upload/UnconsciousBias.pdf
which is being taught in the HR seminars.
After yet another company newsletter on various sexual oddities as featured employees and diversity minutes in every team meeting, I asked why we weren’t celebrating contract wins or CMMI certification. I was told this is for diversity and inclusion. I stated that as a married woman, I wasn’t comfortable with the constant celebration of adultery, and if they want to live their lives, that is fine, but there is a point at which it is sexual harassment to everyone else. HR stated it COULD NOT BE sexual harassment, because the inclusion effort meant they had to be comfortable, everyone else’s comfort was irrelevant. I was told they just want love, peace, tolerance, and many people just state it is their beliefs in the name of hate. I brought up that my deeply held religious beliefs were the basis of my beliefs, shared by a church and school. And the private school had faced threats of being burned down kids inside because they declined accepting a lesbian’s child, which does not sound like love, but good branding. HR got involved. They said that I could just be saying it is my religious beliefs to oppose these seminars and statements. I stated that I could bring up financial statements that I was paying more in private tuition than my mortgage to send the kids to the school - and newspaper articles on the furor of the private school being threatened. HR said my views were unacceptably judgmental. And using the term adultery was deemed judgemental, another reprimand.
* A man sought advice on his teenaged under age son coming out. Boys didn’t like him, so now he wants to be transgender. The father asked for advice. I sent him Dr. Paul McHugh’s article in the Wall Street Journal on why surgery was not the answer. I was reported for violations of diversity policy. Had to go to diversity training.
* Dealt with sexual harassment by a transgender (man in dress) who considered it of the utmost importance to be one of the girls. He asked for a girls’ lunch, and I refused. He asked for my schedule, maybe drinks, I said I would not go to any such meal with him. He pressed as to why, I said it was because he wasn’t a woman. Then he went full catty. He criticized me hair, my clothing, my relative lack of makeup. He’d follow me into the bathroom, block the stall, lecture me. He tracked when I had my period and would comment on it. I reported the sexual harassment to my manager, who said have a coming to Jesus meeting. I reported it to HR, they said it was a dispute between two women, referred to manager. I referred it to ethics, they said it was HR’s role. When the guy actually interfered with my work and another IT manager diagnosed it, during an outage no less, THEN HR reprimanded him - because when 200 customers are shut out and they asked why, I told every single person who called me that X had altered my system permissions, so I cannot help you until that is fixed. I was able to get reassignment after that event, and he was reprimanded for the work interference.
* The president of the company bragged about leaning on the governor of Indiana about their proposed rules to say if you think it is religious blasphemy, you don’t have to do it. I submitted a question in a forum that if they were going to support LBGT rights, when would we lean in on Saudi Arabia, which executes homosexuals? I was told that’s not culturally appropriate.
* A woman asked for advice about her husband wanting to cheat with a man on the side while being married to her, so he could be “out” but not break up the family. I stated that some women tolerate adultery no matter with whom to keep the family together but others don’t. So if you want a good divorce attorney, I can get you a referral, if you want to stay together for the kids, get disease testing and put strict limits on how he uses your money.

I’ve changed to a small employer, but this is the bulk of the BS that a major defense contractor was doing. Deliberate social engineering with constant profiling and “education” of employees, non-stop, down to shaming those who don’t agree. When I left, they had even tied raises to completing extra diversity modules and being a diversity “leader”, taking action or agreeing you changed your views.
All because Obama tied it to the money.
