Interesting. I’m fond of using “the Obama” as a subtle insult; hadn’t come up with an equivalent for Hillary.
“Herself” is shorthand for the whole title, “Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless”. And I believe I am being gracious and respectful using that address. < /sarcasm >
