GOP Mormon politicians - and probably a majority of Utah voters - avidly support massive legal (and often illegal) immigration.
I always assumed it was because Mormons proselytize in almost every country in the world.
A few days ago I quickly scanned a news report and read that Mormon scripture and Mormon prophecy also endorse immigration.
