When I visit the doctor I make it a practice to never engage in chit-chat, because you can’t be sure that what you say, doesn’t get put in your medical record.

Yeah, that’s o.k! An orthopaedist I see on occasion runs some of the track days that I do, so we sometimes talk about one of the tracks we both frequent and our best lap times!.
