Thanks for posting that, it’s the type of thing that’s never considered in these arbitrary fiats (illegal in in my view) regarding good employees that don’t want their system messed with.

Over the years as a business owner, have found that to some a job is just a paycheck, to others the same job is viewed as an opportunity to excel, grow and feel good about their contributions. Successful businesses generally need some of each type and it shouldn’t be determined by any government agency based on a pre-determined salary level. One size never fits all and often doesn’t even fit most.
