Cruz is still out there waiting for a result that will enable him to get back into the campaign. He is like the handful of Japanese soldiers scattered on islands in the Pacific still fighting 20 years after the war ended.
Trump doesn't need the votes from MO. He will have over 200 more delegates than required for the nomination. Time to unite behind Trump and focus on Hillary and Bernie.
