How does the constitution define a "Natural Born Citizen?"

OF parents and of the soil. 'Natural born' US citizenship gave 'parents' the control over who is eligible to hold the office. It is akin to a birthright. And NO act of Congress or progressive judge has Constitutional authority to deem any to be a 'natural born' US citizen. We the people are government, NOT Harvard Law School graduates. And IF you are a 'natural born' US citizen then shame on you for going along with the subversion of our Constitution. But IF you are like Cruz or Rubio I get what your intentions are.
