Teary-eyed Cruz: This movement doesn’t go away in one election

A teary-eyed Ted Cruz is hinting that he’s leaving the door open for another White House bid in a newly released video titled "No regrets."

The 5-minute video opens with a campaign staffer asking if the Cruz camp made it “through this without regrets.” “This is nearly a regret-free campaign,” he says. “Ted Cruz didn’t lose. Our campaign for president lost.”

I disagree. He was overtaken by a business man who was not afraid to go on all the talk shows and do interviews in the face of the enemy. Cruz could have done that be he chose to go a different route. Only in the last couple of weeks did Cruz start to appear on the Sunday talk shows. It was to little to late.

Nope. Cruz was overtaken, to quote Rand, by his lack of authenticity. The more people saw that Ted Cruz the man did not match the Senator Principled Conservative (TM) myth the farther he sank in the polls.
