Anyway in answer to your question — as I remember. Hillary had asked Foster, while still in Arkansas, to spy on Bill — Foster did and hired a Private Detective - Parks. Later, in the White House, Foster wanted out and said he was going to resign. The article says that the Clintons figured Foster was too honest a guy to lie for them and feared he might talk so had to be eliminated - as Parks was eliminated 6 weeks later.
I remember Parks’s wife watching him learn on tv that Foster committed suicide. Parks went absolutely WHITE and started digging through the house wildly, looking for things to get out of the house ASAP. He told his wife he was a dead man. He was right.
In 1991, before the Internet took off, I recall listening to the Clinton scandals on short wave radio. The Arkansas State Troopers were not covered by the media, even though some had eyewitness accounts.
