I like Sarah Palin - I think that she really got a bum rap in ‘08. However, I can’t see Trump dealing with her and her voice every day. She’d be a great Secretary of the Interior - combined with Rick Perry at Energy, they’d open up the entire country and our territorial waters to fracking, etc., and make this country independent of the Saudis, Venezuela, etc. This would create a couple million good jobs and do a lot to fix the balance of payments deficit.

But Sarah as Veep...nope, to rich of a target for the media, too much of a distraction. It isn’t fair, but it is reality.

Part of me thinks you're right, but a larger part of me is tired of having the media choose our candidates for us. But I could live with Palin being the secretary of the interior. That would be the perfect post for her.
