We always get these awful hints but never learn the truth. I’ll believe we’ll get the details when hell freezes over.

‘We always get these awful hints but never learn the truth. I’ll believe we’ll get the details when hell freezes over.”

Certainly there will be no truth under a Clinton administration or as a result of a GOP Congress investigation. No mainstream GOP president will tell the truth either.

While I was troubled by Edward Snowden’s leaks from a national security perspective, I am becoming more and more convinced without such leaks, the government of the US will continue to operate in an unconstitutional and immoral fashion, whichever party is in power. The only thing these people fear is exposure of their manipulations, coverups, and crimes. The republic and the people are better served if “secrets” are revealed than if the behavior of government officials is protected.

I never thought I would say this but I hope there are more Edward Snowdens willing to expose the corruption.

Kind of like when the Cox report was released and the whole thing was redacted . And Cox said that if the American people knew what was in it we would be horrified .
