The alternative is to think that the people who run the Harvard Law School are a bunch of fools who were easily taken in by a spurious claim and surely we wouldn't want to think that.

We don’t have to accept her claim. It’s ludicrous and the people running Harvard are deliberately being gullible and foolish. PC over rule common sense and truth and facts with Harvard bureaucrats (and most of their faculty).
