That was the problem in the article. The issue that caused the new edict was a brewery having to shut down because they couldn’t get barley.

You are talking about Venezuela, not here, right? Wonder where/when our tipping point is here in the States.

The day the cable TV doesn’t work and the beer runs out.

For the alphas and constructive working class of our citizenry I'd say no more than two or three weeks without baseball and football ( an intentional narcotic Matrix that keeps otherwise conscientious individuals occupied from obsessing upon the corrupt uniparty and and tarring and feathering the ruling class ).

For the rest of the beta sheeple, a week or two without Kardashians and Facebook ought to do it.

One month of such "hardship" here and we get SHTF. Two months until chaos.

Alternatively, the switch can also be quickly flipped if everyone suddenly found themselves paying taxes equally, or, when their socialist security checks start bouncing.

We would already have crossed the Rubicon had the ruling class had not cleverly concocted the greatest dodge ever imagined by man - national debt - where currently alive people charge their spending to as yet unborn future generations. Those people responsible for national debt did this safe with the knowledge they would be dead and buried before anyone caught on to the scam.
