You cannot really argue or disregard how he has now established the all-time record for primary votes.
And, looking at the internals of many polls, I believe surveys are skewed to generate negative talking points.
I may be somewhat biased, but I just feel his genuine appeal has been grossly underestimated. Personally, he compelled this lifelong democrat, age 56 (May 29) to change my party affiliation in March so that I could vote for him last month.
Not even Reagan (who I voted for in both generals) had any where near that kind of impact on me. Finally, I subscribe to a theory that there are countless undetected Trump voters not evident in polls. Let’s just watch as they are emerge in droves to the polls this Fall!!!

Not going to disagree on the points in your post...

People are pissed...they are sending a message with their ballots....

That that being said, I stand by my point that Trump is not the most popular person in America...

When his negatives drop below 50 % ...that case can be made...

Being a lifelong democrat, you didn't vote for our muslim in chief in 2008 or 2012? ...Did you ?
