According to wikipedia, the State Department condemned the removal of Zelaya from office.

According to the same link, the US government condemned it and started shutting down aid. The Law Library of Congress released an opinion stating that the removal of Zelaya was in accordance with the Honduran Constitution (with the exception of deporting Zelaya). You can find the opinion
here. Also, don't go down this path of telling me what my opinions should be based on what the rest of the world thinks; this is a dangerous path.
