Except that Trump is not strongly against the Obama Bathroom Invasion. He deferred to “State’s Rights” which is just a copout.

Not a copout. He is EXACTLY CORRECT.

AMENDMENT X United States Constitution reads as follows:

“The powers not delegated to the united States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Trump is following the Constitution. These issues belong to the States.

It is not a copout. Trump is absolutely correct. See the Bill of Rights, Amendment 10.

States’ Rights is the status quo ante.

Obama is trampling on the states’ rights.

Trump’s position is the correct one FOR THE PRESIDENT, because the Constitution doesn’t mention bathrooms, trannies, or any issue relating to sex at all.

It is not worth his time. Obama has not got the authority to force schools & others to do this. Some idiots may attempt to, but the states can just flip him off.
