News of the presidents forthcoming directive requiring educators to let students use bathrooms according to their gender identity not their birth certificate offered a welcome set of guidelines to some school administrators Thursday night about how they ought to proceed amidst the ongoing legal and cultural bathroom battle embroiling the nation.
As Obamas time in the White House ticks away, the president wants his administration to leave a legacy of social reform, especially when it comes to issues like same-sex marriage, immigration, healthcare, clean air and climate change. Because Congress is under Republican control, Obama has mostly had to blaze this trail on his own. While doing so, however, the administration has in many ways left in its wake a mess of court and cultural battles that will likely wind up in the lap of the next president.

GOOD!!!!
It's well past time to dismantle that beast.
“Since when is this country ruled by directives?”
I’m old enough to remember when Congress wasn’t a royal, rubber-stamping, rump parliament.
Notice that Bitch and Ryno haven’t released any, “Not so fast! We’ll make the laws, if you don’t mind.” press release. And Barry continues to use his US Treasury credit card ... it used to be `The president proposes, Congress disposes. Young people must see this Henry VIII executive branch behavior as normal.
I wish they fought Obama like they fight Trump, but they still scratch their heads and feign wonder at why we despise them.
That's funny.....the left didn't seem to feel that County Clerk Kim Davis was "blazing a trail."
Now take a hike!”
“I announced today that Texas is fighting this. “
Translation:
We will whoop and hollar and curse that gal dang fool....then we will quietly implement it at the first threat.
Do Americans not get to vote on anything anymore?
Only if YOU succumb to such a thing.
First, if the states are already accepting funds for agreed-upon purposes, it is coercive and unconstitutional to withdraw all the funding by adding new provisions.
Second, it is Congress, and not the President, who sets the purposes of the funding. Obama cannot add new spending requirements on his own and then withhold the funding for non-compliance.
So the SCOTUS ruling on the Medicare expansion of Obamacare should be precedent to stop Obama from using federal funding supplements to schools to coerce them into accepting new bathroom political policies.

Please,God - DO IT! I'd pack up everything I own and move TOMORROW. I can't stand it here in the People's Republic of America much longer.
On another note, I keep thinking that 0bama's lasting legacy smells like a run down public toilet, because of his obsession with toilet facilities.
It really gives some peace to what it is principals have been feeling all the while, said Bob Farrace, public affairs director for the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Principals really need to make sure the federal government has their back.
So I looked this "director" up...this is some of the stuff he posted on his facebook page:
God Bless Texas!
I said to my wife an hour ago,
This turd and his a-hole federal gub mint keeps his shit up and Texas will leave the union.
She said, can we move to Texas?
I thought the O Bathroom order would be all over the news today, yet I haven’t seen it.
Anyone else have any luck?
Yes. Enough is enough.
Yours and my vote never really counted in the first place. We’re just the little people. /s
Unfortunately, it was two votes shy of making it to the Texas GOP party platform.
This time.
Note to democrats, it won’t be in the lap of the next
President for very long.
Obama is not a king. He cannot just make and enforce his own laws.
Bathroom Barry
Bathhouse Barry
He follows a pattern.
