News of the president’s forthcoming directive requiring educators to let students use bathrooms according to their gender identity — not their birth certificate — offered a welcome set of guidelines to some school administrators Thursday night about how they ought to proceed amidst the ongoing legal and cultural bathroom battle embroiling the nation.
As Obama’s time in the White House ticks away, the president wants his administration to leave a legacy of social reform, especially when it comes to issues like same-sex marriage, immigration, healthcare, clean air and climate change. Because Congress is under Republican control, Obama has mostly had to blaze this trail on his own. While doing so, however, the administration has in many ways left in its wake a mess of court and cultural battles that will likely wind up in the lap of the next president.

Yep. Somehow I see millions of teenage boys claiming they are girls! And when confronted by school officials since they are not dressed like girls or undergoing "transition" all they have to claim is -- "I am a girl! I am a lesbian and like to dress like a boy!!"

I hope that they at least have the guts to pass a motion that effectively tells Obama and his Department of Just Us to take that “order” regarding freaks going into whatever bathroom strikes their fancy on any given day, and tells them to shove it hard and far up where the sun don’t shine.

We had a rash of stolen purses from public restrooms a while back. Women would go into stall and set their purse on the floor while doing their business. Person would come into adjoining stall and reach under divider and take their purse and run out. So they placed warning signs in the stalls to hang their purse on the door hook. I just quit using public restrooms unless on a road trip and then only those that are for a single person with a lock on the door. Might have to end up using Depends after all. LOL
This is fascism, plain and simple. Obama has Nothing to brag about.

Trump has the same policy for his buildings as Target, as far I can tell. But he did say some things that make me think he probably isn’t for the state mandating that businesses have to choose to let men use their women’s bathrooms. But who knows, that part was pretty garbled in my opinion. Don’t know what he really thinks about publicly owned bathrooms, unless you take what he said as an endorsement of Charlotte’s ordinance by not being down with the NC state law that changed it.
If someone would have told us 20 years ago that in 2016 one probable candidate chooses to let men use the women’s bathrooms in his buildings and the other wants to force everyone to so, we would have called the guys with butterfly nets on them.

Nah, these dictates are so ridiculous they’re comical. First off they’re coming as directives from the DOJ using a pretentious, unfounded reference to the 1964 civil rights act which has nothing to do with “gender identity” or any other type of self-identification. Secondly, they’re imposed as an ipso facto regulation when the DOJ has no authority to create regulatory law.
It’s a good illustration how far bureaucrats have gone in making their own rules and imposing it upon the people in spite of Congress.

Since 65 million traitorous Demonicrats twice elected an demonic pile of excrement to the Oval office, and a RINO-controlled traitorous Congress willfully joined in.
When you see a car with Obama or Hillary bumperstickers, the person driving is likely one of those traitorous Demonicrats. Be sure to let then know you appreciate what they've done.

My bet is women on the political left are going to struggle with this illegal decree the most. They are all snooty about ‘so called’ lack of equality, and men holding the ‘so called’ glass ceiling over their heads, but are they really going to want to be doing their business in a stall next to a person who is clearly dude?
Seriously, are left-leaning women really going to stand at podiums at college campuses and on Sunday talk shows and really advocate for this sort of thing? Like I say, if and when they do advocate for gender neutral bathrooms, follow them into the bathroom when you get a chance in give them what they want to give to the rest of the public....an excruciatingly uncomfortable personal experience.
Always remember: The President cannot legislate. Executive orders can control ONLY the Executive Branch.
