Like it or not, that law granted the federal government a tremendous amount of power and destroyed the right of free association. Only way to turn back this beast is to repeal it, which is pretty unlikely.
WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transspecies students to use the litter boxes and fire hydrants that match their species identity.
A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transspecies rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Ministry of Truth officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.

The move is certain to draw fresh criticism, particularly from Republicans, that the federal government is wading into local matters and imposing its own values on communities across the country that may not agree. It represents the latest example of the Obama administration using a combination of policies, lawsuits and public statements to change the civil rights landscape for puppy-identity, kitty-identity, and other transspecies individuals.
After supporting the rights of transspecies people to lift their legs at trees in the park, allowing them to serve as guard dogs in the military and prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating against them, the administration is wading into the battle over bathrooms and siding with transspecies individuals.
“No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus,” Snoopy Schulz, the secretary of the Ministry of Truth, said in a statement. “We must ensure that our puppies and kittens know that whoever they are or wherever they come from, they have the opportunity to get a great obedience school experience in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence.”

“A school may not require transspecies students to use facilities inconsistent with their species identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so,” according to the letter, a copy of which was provided to The New York Times.
A school’s obligation under federal law “to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of species-identity requires schools to provide transspecies students equal access to educational programs and activities even in circumstances in which other students, parents, or community members raise objections or concerns,” the letter states. “As is consistently recognized in civil rights cases, the desire to accommodate others’ discomfort cannot justify a policy that singles out and disadvantages a particular class of students.”
As soon as a child’s parent or legal guardian asserts a species identity for the student that “differs from previous representations or records,” the letter says, the individual is to be treated accordingly — without any requirement for a medical diagnosis, AKC papers, or birth certificate to be produced. It says that schools may — but are not required to — provide other restroom, locker room, and litter box options to students who seek “additional privacy” for whatever reason.
Illegal action by a dictator.
This is a complete overreach by Obama.
He has no authority to mandate this under the present law.
The law defines gender as biological sex.
That is how Congress defined it.
Obama cannot redefine terms on his own say so.
Governors have to refuse to allow any of this to be enforced, and to rigorously defend any school district that is sued by the Feds, as that is step #2.
And if the Feds withhold the education funding approved by congress, then withhold the gasoline tax receipts from the Feds and give it to the schools.
Two can play this game.
The answer to your gender identity is never in doubt. It lies between your legs.
Seriously time for a revolt. This illegal government should not be funded by good people. It is sick to think about sending money to these people so they can fund more of their perverted government.
First, if the states are already accepting funds for agreed-upon purposes, it is coercive and unconstitutional to withdraw all the funding by adding new provisions.
Second, it is Congress, and not the President, who sets the purposes of the funding. Obama cannot add new spending requirements on his own and then withhold the funding for non-compliance.
So the SCOTUS ruling on the Medicare expansion of Obamacare should be precedent to stop Obama from using federal funding supplements to schools to coerce them into accepting new bathroom political policies.

The terrifying thought of a young girl in a bathroom alone and experiencing the trauma of a male dressed in woman’s clothing coming in to relieve himself while she cowers and hides in a stall is rather pleasing to these warped minds.

Women in the restroom just need to laugh at how tiny the transgender’s private part is. If the transgender gets upset, he/she is a man and must go back to the men’s room.
There will be some parents arrested over this.
There are schools all over the south that are 80 to 90 percent black. The few whites are poor and can’t afford the private schools. Now the girls are going to be going to the bathroom with animals. Racist? Nope. True! So, there may be killings over this.

Obama and Democrats are, so timely, creating an issue out of nothing, to distract everyone and attempt to beat up Republicans. Seems like something ridiculous pops up each election cycle and, like lemmings, Republicans go for it. Hopefully this time it is different as the whole transgender — go to whatever bathroom OR shower you want will strike a very personal chord with most parents.
Imagine this folks: your six year old walks into the girls room and there is a hulking 8th grade boy in there. If he’s a bad kid she won’t stand a chance. And there is nothing you can do about it. A lot of people are angry but how many are willing to go to jail or pull their kid out if public school?
