Remember the glare and the finger(I think?) of Obama towards Ryan? He’s probably glad that he can have a conversation with an engaging and interested individual in Trump rather than a communist automaton. The more that Trump is revealed to be a nice guy, the better, because Hillary does not come off as a nice person.
The problem I fear, is that Paul Ryan is not a nice guy, but an ego-driven backstabber of the first order!
