Congress needs to find its BALLS and go straight to impeachment. THAT is the appropriate vehicle for a lawless president, not LAWSUITS.
> Why is Congress SUING the administration?
They shirk their duty, they make it look as if they’re doing something. It’s Uniparty kabuki.
Maybe because a lawsuit can actually accomplish something, but impeachment can’t accomplish anything?
You might love symbolic gestures, but I would rather have actual victories.
Why is Congress SUING the administration? This is a sign of total cowardice, submission and weakness.

...
My impression is the courts don’t like the ball being thrown in their court, thus the SCOTUS is very unlikely to reward Congress for doing it.
Clinton was impeached. Didn’t hurt him at all.
Impeachment is just the step to trial & removal in the Senate.
Pedantic, yes ... just we’ve seen impeachment per se not mean anything.
Fortunately, they were using their brains and did not grab for that aircraft carrier size anchor...to pull them down...
In what universe do you think trying to impeach the first black president would be a good idea...
Spending money Congress didn't allocate doesn't raise to this level:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors.
Granted, I'd love to see Obama in an orange jumpsuit as badly as the next guy...
