How did they get through Japanese security?
Must have been an inside job gone wrong.
Are those Vietnamese names, or Chinese, or Lao?
This was a flight through Japan, so no inspection of through luggage. Likely originated in SE Asia, then via Hong Kong, Singapore, or Bangkok to Japan and then the US.
