Minorities (classic definition) are already greatly over-represented in government at all levels. Walk into your local motor vehicle department. Also, the most dangerous and racist ones seem to rise to the top.

And they provide the worst customer service. I was coming unglued at DMV when, after several hours, a minority public servant informed me that a decade is NOT ten years. The only thing that stopped me from flying over the couenter at her was the fact that I didn’t want my granddaughter to see me hauled off in handcuffs.
