The gun turrets are covered in order to maintain a stealthy profile. Either way in a few years the gun turrets will be removed and replaced with rail gun and directed energy weapons which are far more accurate, effective and reliable than traditional gun systems.
I wonder if this ship can also launch underwater cruise missles or torpedoes?
