Is it truly possible that those words came out of the mouth of one who is in the seat of the Attorney General of the USA? Can this really be an heir of an office envisioned by the Founders?

Lynch was confirmed in April 2015 by a Republican majority Senate. The Republicans had the ability to block her nomination had some not joined the Democrats in voting to confirm.
