America has already determined that Ted will say anything and do anything to win. His manipulation of the rules reaching new and lower standard of behavior. This is why America has rejected Ted and will continue to do so.
Bottom line Cruz did not respect the will of the American voters and nothing he *says* will change that. He cannot be trusted as an American president. Talk is cheap.
