Sounds like another load of b/s. He hasn’t won the nomination yet, selected a running mate, or been elected for that matter. Maybe it’s just a mistake and it’s really Cruz who is working on a cabinet. That sounds more accurate. Especially since he already has his VP!

I was struck that this, like Paul Ryan’s recent moves, is another PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE move.
