Add this project to the new class carrier they have been going to build for 25 years.

The new large destroyer class they have been going to build for 20 years.

The new Stealth Fighter that they have built five of and are having so many difficulties with that they project only 50 to be built by 2020...if that.

To the new stealth, intercontinental bomber they have been talking about for ten years.

To the new, decent nuclear attack submarine class that they have managed to commission only one of in the past 12 years.

To the new decent, stealthy large frigate class that they have built and commissioned one of in the last eight years.

And any number of other major projects that end up being 99% talk and very little substance.

Our full trust and under estimation of Russia is dangerous as much as our dealings with China. Russia is not out of the game weapons development wise nor in ability to strike and even trigger WW3. Yes the USSR fell. But was it solely by economics or Divine intervention? The opening up of old Soviet Block nations to The Gospel perhaps? A small window perhaps then the iron fist comes back down?

I look for Russia to begin collecting real-estate especially in Europe where the Islamic movement is becoming highly problematic. Is Russia actually behind a lot of it exporting Mayhem into European nations to cause unrest?

Communism as we've seen in North Korea doesn't care if a company has money or there is food on anyone's table but the party leadership itself. Rationing is their answer to with the most going to the most essential to meet the goal. Russia does have proven nuke weapons technology. This isn't NK.
