I have read the Civil Rights of 1964, albeit a number of years ago. There is nothing in it that would allow a transgender male to enter a girls locker room. How is DOJ justifying using it in this case??
The Cons and written law have both been null and void for quite some time. Their “reasoning” is irrelevant.
