I do not have a problem with this. Every effort should be made to push/keep Trump to the right.
doesn’t he have delegates which means he has some leverage? Maybe he is using his leverage to put in some points he believes in. Right now I do not feel threatened by this.
Trump has a well defined platform and he’s running on it. Cruz had and will have no input into that platform (though he borrowed heavily from it). Cruz wants control at the convention in order to hurt Trump. Of course his followers will buy the smokescreen; their ability to critically evaluate anything Cruz says is nonexistent.
He is already to the right of everyone on the issues that matter.
