Senator Ted Cruzs supporters are mounting an effort to seize control of the Republican platform and the rules governing the partys July convention, the first indication that Mr. Cruz will not simply hand his delegates over to Donald J. Trump.
In an email sent Sunday to pro-Cruz convention delegates, a top aide to the Texas senator wrote that it was still possible to advance a conservative agenda at the convention.
To do that, it is imperative that we fill the Rules and Platform Committees with strong conservative voices like yours, wrote Ken Cuccinelli, who was the campaigns former delegate wrangler and a former attorney general of Virginia. That means you need to come to the national convention and support others in coming, too!
Mr. Cruz is planning a Monday evening conference call where, as Mr. Cuccinelli writes, Mr. Cruzs former officials plan to discuss what we can do at the convention to protect against liberal changes to our platform, and how we can right the wrongs in the rules from 2012!

Walsh, you are contributing nothing to this forum except childish vitriol. Why not opus out, and save the rest of us from boredom.
No it doesn’t! The hell does your post have to do with amnesty?
Maybe I’m just not quite as deluded as the pants-wetting screaming crying cultists, but I repeat my words.
CITATION NEEDED.
are you blind?
here it is again, for the trump impaired:
boy, you guys hold to your delusions long enough, you’ll openly be democrats before you know it, unless, you already are:
Last month, Marc A. Thiessen of the American Enterprise Institute published the article Message to the GOP: Trump supports amnesty.
In it, he highlights Eric Trumps description of his fathers immigration plan:
The point isnt just deporting them, its deporting them and letting them back in legally. Hes been so clear about that and I know the liberal media wants to misconstrue it, but its deporting them and letting them back legally.
Which echoes Donalds previous comments:
I would get people out and then have an expedited way of getting them back into the country so they can be legal . A lot of these people are helping us and sometimes its jobs a citizen of the United States doesnt want to do. I want to move em out, and were going to move em back in and let them be legal.
The key word is expedited. An expedited process is another way of saying that illegals are going to cut in line of those who have been waiting for years.
There is no question about it: that constitutes amnesty. Ron Fournier has described Trumps plan as gold-plated amnesty.
Thiessen mentions the fact that this basic idea has been proposed before by moderates and met strong opposition:
This is a policy called touchback and it was first proposed in 2007 by moderate Republican Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (TX). She offered a touchback amendment on the Senate floor that would have required illegal immigrants to return to their home countries to apply for a special Z visa that would allow them to reenter the United States in an expedited fashion and work here indefinitely.
You... DO realize that you posted about Islam and London’s mayor, not amnesty, right?
Forgot your copy-paste bullshit, eh?
Anyways, YOUR MEME IS A FAIL. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.
Also, this ‘touchback’ crap is just that, crap. Letting ‘the good ones back in’ may not be my first choice, but it’s not amnesty, which is letting them all back.
You know, amnesty like your god Cruz was supporting until he changed his mind to improve his poll numbers.
Nitwit.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Boy, you guys really do need to be reminded about everything...
*Yawn*
Don’t blame me for your screw-ups, Princess Crybaby.
I told you to cite amnesty support. You didn’t. When I called you out on it, you denied it and then tried to blame me.
Pa-the-tic.
Go and cuddle with your Cruz realdoll and come back after you’re done bawling your eyes out on his not-so-manly chest.
just because others need to see it and not be as dumb as you, here it is again:

Really?
These guys are so far off the mark, so crazy, they should just go away. Their bias is beyond hope, they couldn't tell you what the truth about anything is if it hit them in the face and tatooed them.
Blah blah blah.
Yeah, I read it the second time. I still don’t care, because whereas Trump’s plan isn’t perfect, this isn’t amnesty. It’s just your projecting onto it.
I told you this before, but you obviously don’t read my posts.
Copy-pasting posts doesn’t win an argument.
But guess what, you STILL posted your whiny screed about Islam and London’s mayor when I challenged you the first time. Or are you pretending that you didn’t?
And you still lashed out at me when I pointed it out.
And your copy-paste RAGE is still stupid.
Snowflake, take a hike.
:-)
Deep thinker, huh ?
The peasants are getting restless.... : )
And that my friend is the real goal.
His plan to fix whatever he thinks is wrong. The 2012 rules are the very rules which make it so that Donald Trump wins at 1237 delegates.
Ted intends to change those rules so that he can seize power.
Ted is all about doing whatever it takes for him to win, including cheating.
Then get a shotgun.
Oh wait, you said peasants without an h.
Oops.........
:-)
Thanks.,...NOW I’m hungry!
That article is another one where the mental patients need more Haldol to tone them down.
The article below deals with the reality of the Never Trumpeteers at the upcoming convention not another wet dream from the losers in life:
Shaken Trump Foes Face Diminished Options at GOP Convention

Still shaken by Donald Trump’s triumph, Republican and conservative foes of the billionaire can still cause headaches for the party’s presumptive presidential nominee at this summer’s GOP convention. But their options are shrinking by the day.
With Trump’s last two rivals Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich abandoning their campaigns, there’s no remaining talk of snatching the nomination away from him with a contested, multi-ballot battle when Republican delegates gather in Cleveland.
Instead, anti-Trump forces are trying to figure out how to use the GOP meetings in July to keep him from reshaping the party and its guiding principles, perhaps with fights over the platform or even his vice presidential pick.

I’m curious why you chose to leave off the pertinent portion of this claim you cite?
Was Trump’s response/comment in relation to some talking head/writer stating that ‘he could shot someone and they would still vote for him’?
I believe telling the whole truth would aid your argument, such as it stands.
If President Trump doesn't do a good job, then get the voters to fire him after 4 years. Voters means those who voted for Trump not the whining Never Trump Losers, who didn't vote for Trump or voted for the criminal/traitor Clintoon.
If the voters think that Trump has done a good job in four years, don't waste our time whining about what you think he should have done. It will not fly then, like it isn't flying now.
Thanks for your vote, and we will be watching him and those who want to stab him in the back for being Trump.
