It’s the woman’s decision not the effing government
DeBlasio's move IS a case of the government deciding. Private bars and restaurants choose not to serve alcohol to pregnant women - exercising their right to deny service to patrons for whatever reason. Bill DeBlasio sticks his snout in and mandates that these private establishment now must serve pregnant women.
