McCrory is hanging tough on this....
He can read a calendar as well as anyone and as a smart politician he knows all too well that Obama, Lynch, et al are happy to rabbit on and on into a microphone but they are L-A-Z-Y when it comes to any sort of actual effort no matter how many legal brownshirts are on the public payroll.
Moreover, any federal case takes ages in terms of hearings, discovery, evidence, arguments about exclusion etc. etc. It certainly takes more than the ~250 days Obama has left and, we pray, Lynch along with him.
McCrory has the legal high ground. Courts have upheld that Congress meant ‘biological sex’ when it penned the word ‘sex’ in civil rights law.
The Fed is arguing that ‘sex’ also means ‘gender identity’ which is an absurd argument.

So, to be fair and equal, if I am in line for an airline ticket to Hawaii, but I decide to self-identify as a president of the U.S., then I will promptly be supplied Air Force One and be given security detail and all other associated perks.
