Why do “Hispanics” need to be here? Why is Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, the Guyanas, Surinam, Bolivia, Uraguay, Paraguay not good enough? I bet if the evil English and French, and Dutch, and Irish, and Scottish had colonized Ecuador or Guatemala, those would be popular places to immigrate to.

Our top salesman for Latin America tells me that the two best run countries on the continent are Uruguay and Chile. Uruguay's largest source of immigrants is from Germany, Chile's are from Ireland and the British Isles.
