Shrillary, you KNOW that markings don't determine how material is classified. It's the content.

You can keep repeating this meme, but it doesn't make it true.

It was YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to recognize if classified information was being handled outside secure channels, and report it to a security officer if you found out about it.

You were briefed on this, and you signed a document acknowledging it.

You received information that was specifically identified as sensitive from an uncleared person (Sid Blumenthal) that shouldn't have ever possessed it. But, you didn't report it.

You even told your staff to move information across the air gap from a secure system to your unsecure system, and remove the markings on it.

There are in people in prison RIGHT NOW for doing the same things you did. There are others that were lucky to only lose their clearance and their job.
