I don’t think so with Ryan. Especially since he was Romney’s running mate. They must know each other pretty well. From everything I have read on romney he’s incredibly compromised and super wealthy. Beyond anyone’s knowledge.
Only a matter of price for Ryan.
I'm sure many of them get wealthy, and the more likely (or even in place) the wealth, the more effective the "you'll never get a job in this town" threat (if credible) becomes. Ryan is in fine shape, personally. He can make as much money on the outside, unless the system is upended, so he's really motivated!
Just to be contrarian.
I think this little dust up with Ryan is manufactured. I think it is a way to keep “Trump the outsider” in the headlines. Guy is a master media manipulator. He plays these DC media clowns like a fiddle.
