The discussion centered on the use of “WILLFULLY”...

They said no evidence she WILLFULY did blah, blah, blah....

The funny thing is, the myriad of statutes that she violated and broke don’t need the person to intentionally break them. In this, espionage, loose lips etc. you can’t claim ignorance of the laws as she signed all the CDA papers.
