I am fearful of visiting the downtown areas of American cities because of the fear of mugging.

And I am ten thousand times more rational in that assertion than the judge.

Blacks would love national parks, lots of free stuff and white liberals. It’s almost like staying home.

So maybe the answer is to make big cities national parks - or petting zoos - and invite those suitably inclined to frequent those parks instead?
