I agree it is the ones that won’t be legit that will probably be the problem here.
But I’m also not going to tell a woman who says she is uncomfortable using the restroom with Bruce Jenner, a man who claims to be a woman who is attracted to women, that she is nuts for being uncomfortable with that.

It’s not about uncomfortable. Where would that woman uncomfortable with Jenner in the women’s room wish all the butch lesbians to pee? It isn’t about who is uncomfortable. It’s about safety. Jenner won’t hurt a flea. We want “regular men” who might be rapists and pervs OUT of the woman’s room where our daughters and grandmothers struggle with intimate doings.

That’s not their problem, right? I mean holy crap a man who claims to be a woman who still digs women isn’t a lesbian. Men and women are different in their sexual attractions. Lesbians aren’t out in the parks at 3 in the morning for guaranteed free anonymous sex.
It absolutely is about being comfortable. A business can choose to ignore the women who are uncomfortable with a man who claims to be a woman using their bathroom. The women can choose not to be a customer of that place if she cares enough.
