Romney seems intent on sinking the GOP for good, just like he did with his own campaign. It is time to remind all these Trump-haters that their continued NeverTrump speech only helps Hillary...how stupid can you idiots be to not realize what you are doing. Have you forgotten how Ross Perot put Bill Clinton in the White House...what the hell is wrong with you idiots???????????????????
Considering how Romney fared in the last election, I doubt he is of much assistance to Hill.
More proof we have one party with two names.
Dear Milt:
Smoke a cigarette. Have a shot and a beer. Wipe that perfect-toothed but vacuous smile off your face. Try not to be the “president from central casting” and try to be a human being. OK? Come out of whatever multi-million-dollar cocoon you are living in these days and come out and see how regular people live. Take a good hard look. What you want to perpetuate isn’t working for a whole helluva lot of us, and we are going to do our damnedest to change it and fix it. Got it? Now, go back into your cocoon. You have nothing to contribute. You are part of the problem, not part of the solution. Go away. Leave us alone. You had your chance to make a difference — I guess — and you blew it.
And, BTW — years ago I used to work for a company that had been take over by Bain Capital. I wasn’t impressed. When you ran against Teddy Kennedy, I knew who you were because of the Bain conncetion and because I remembered your father, so I took an interest in that race even though I was not from Massachusetts. I came to the conclusion that that was one election in which I would have voted for Kennedy.
So, please, please, please use your time on better things, such as enjoying your retirement and those oodles of grandkids.

Indeed. These are snips from an entertaining rant at from Fred on Everything that nails it.
I love it: Donald Trumps campaign reveals the establishment for what it is, a swamp of corruption as fetid as those of Latin America.
At the top, America is as corrupt as Mexico but American corruption is far more efficient. Among the white middle class, the rot is less. But within the clubhouse of insiders, at the level of the anointed, of the Adelsons and Epsteins and Clintons and Bushes, there is putrefaction most foul.
[Underlined my favorite] It is to preserve these overflowing rice bowls that we have elections without substance between candidates without a difference.
He [Trump] addresses the issues that the Insiders want to remain unaddressed. He is indeed dangerous. He threatens the endless (immensely profitable) wars, the endless (immensely profitable) shipping of American jobs to China, the endless (immensely profitable) importation of cheap Mexican labor.
He is experienced at that sort of thing. He did everything he could do to get Hussein elected.
Romney is doing this and Ryan announces he will - in effect - try to elect Hillary by not supporting Trump.
They lose in 2012 because they are the usual GOP crappy mediocrities, and in 2016, they turn on the country that didn’t elect them.
What would a shrink make of this behavior?
These folks clearly live in an alternate universe. It's like Through the Looking Glass. Up is down and large is small because I thought it and you agree with me, and the deniers should be beheaded, while we run super-fast to keep the spin of our own illogic from blowing us away.
The one thing I can figure out is that not one of these poor souls has ever done a single useful practical thing in zir [sic] lives, like fixing plumbing or wiring a light which requires a certain grounding in and faith in an objective world.
Not to be a party pooper... but does anyone remember how Trump supporters trashed a good man (Cruz) to get their man in this position?
***
I don’t know about the rest of the Trumpers...
But I didn’t want to destroy Cruz. At least not until A: War came to Chicago and he joined the enemy, and B: He called me a low information voter.
After that, he was no longer a ‘good man’ in my eyes.
YMMV.
