Are you sure? He's said that about Hillary. The only persistent negative remark he's made about Dubya (that I am aware of) is that the war in Iraq was a massive and costly (in money and blood) mistake.
Put up a reference, or stop making the claim. If it isn't true, you are just marginalizing yourself.
