How long did the cattle drive take? And, how was “Cookies” food — all beans and corn bread, or did they dare serving steak (considering the herd in front of you might object)?
Hey! I only did the 3 day drives. Trust me it was all my body could take. Lol. Our pioneer forefathers would laugh me out of the saddle today. But here is the cool part, they let me help cook! I had so much fun. We slept under the stars or in cowboy teepee. Met a lot of interesting people from all over. Okay your turn, amazing adventure? Way memorable vacation?
