It’s 20 minutes after noon. Still no Donald...or anyone else. Has any Trump rally started on time? I tried watching one a few weeks ago and it was 40 minutes late.

Maybe 1 in 10 or 15 starts on time. Delays range from 15 minutes to over an hour.
