I think Trump’s giving her a tone of exposure she wouldn’t have had. He should learn to ignore people not on the radar, they usually can’t get media by themselves.
She started it, she put herself on the radar. I don't expect him to obsess over her taunts or even react to all of them, but it serves his interest to make his impression of her known.
