I’ve visited Spokane a few times; went to Cat Tails and also down to Pullman to Ferdinand’s and had ice cream. Happened to be March; before we got there a snowstorm started. Ate quickly and made our way back to Spokane. About Colfax, snow ended and had full sun rest of the way back.

Visited Coeur d’Alene as well. Old Mission State Park in Idaho; also toured an abandoned mine (don’t remember name or exactly where).

I haven’t spent much time in Spokane - mostly to spend the night on the way to Montana on the way from Seattle. The drive from Seattle to Spokane is a bit boring in certain places.

WA State University (Cougars) is there and Gonzaga (Catholic University) is in Pullman a little south of there.
Had friends and family members that went to 1 or the other as well as the University of Washington in Seattle (1 of my cousins played football there).

Coeur d’Alene, ID is a pretty area.
