If so many Conservatives actually thought about the future 4 years ago, they would have elected Romney. But no, the “blowhards” stayed home, and in that allowed Barack Obama another 4 years. What they don’t realize is that in so doing, with momentum that was in their favor (had they actually gone out and voted), that they squandered, they lost the culture wars too.
And so, a new dynamic in electoral politics has emerged, one that makes Conservative stances especially on social issues not only obsolete, but any mention of anything “traditional” arouses anxieties in so many voters (particularly millennials) now that it mobilizes them to go to the polls in droves to stop what they feel is “bigotry” from becoming a force of influence once again.
This dynamic makes candidates like Cruz look outdated,
unappealing, maybe even cartoonish, and not worthy of any serious consideration. And that is exactly how most REPUBLICAN voters saw him. In that, the blowhards are at it again, huffing and puffing, completely missing the mark yet again and in their stubbornness, about to forfeit yet another chance at stopping another unethical, narcissistic, lawless president who we’ve known for over 23 years.
And yet, if Trump fails to win the presidency in November, you can be sure that the media will do all it can to make sure these same patterns keep repeating to help their candidates keep winning.
1. Romney stayed home. He refused to confront Obama. That is why he lost. Romney sees Trump as being much more dangerous than Obama. Anyone who blaming “conservatives” for Romney’s refusal to run against Obama is either duped or working for the socialist republicans.
2. The same ones who blame conservatives for staying home are the socialists in the RINO side of the Uniparty who have been trying to push social conservatives out of the republican party for years. They are liberaltarians, Romney-ites and neocons who are just liberals by another name.
3. Cruz looks outdated because he betrayed the very conservative principles he ran on. You can’t be a constitutional conservative while claiming the Constitution doesn’t apply to your own personal case. Conservatives listened to Cruz’s words but saw that his actions didn’t match. So they walked away from him. The doesn’t make conservatives look bad. It makes the person acting as a hypocrite look awful.
4.As much as the republican socialists want to believe people no longer like social conservatism, they will find they are how wrong they are if they and their godless liberal ideas come out of the woodwork.
This new dynamic you mention is just the cronies and their puppets trying to make lemonade out of their sour situation. Cruz lost because he had some very bad advisors telling him to commit suicide to win. Just as they had done to Michele Bachmann before him, they were more than willing to sacrifice Cruz on the chance they might beat Trump. And failing to accomplish that, they were willing to go along with giving conservatism, especially social conservatism, a black eye in the process. What you’ve been listening to, and influenced by, is the spin these lying manipulators are spouting.
That has been their game plan from the beginning. It is just much more apparent now that Trump has taken them down a few pegs. But it makes their operatives very easy to spot by who noticing who is being blamed as the bad guy. Conservatives know the Romneys and the RINOs and their crony donors have always been the problem. Trump has cut them down to size and shown them up as the lying manipulators they have always been. They are the ones who are getting beaten up, not social conservatives. I am very glad to see it.
If so many Conservatives actually thought about the future 4 years ago, they would have elected Romney.
The end result would have been bad whether it be Obama or Romney for the “little people” would continue losing freedoms, liberty and the American way of life we used to know.
Why the hell is the public crying out for a NON-POLITICIAN for office this time? The answer is obvious.
Trump will win, we all just need to do all we can to help — get out and vote for him. I do think he can stop and reverse our fast slide into the abyss.
